Tea by Day, Rosé by Dusk – Celebrate at The Ashe Hotel

There’s no better time to toast to Tralee than during the Rose of Tralee International Festival & Féile Trá Lí and this year, at The Ashe Hotel we’re adding a little extra sparkle to the celebrations with two exciting food and wine experiences.

Kicking the festival off with some flair and flavour on Friday 15^th August, Rosé The Night Away food and wine pairing experience launches the festivities with a relaxed and elegant evening of Rosé wine tasting and nibbles.

Guests can sample three stunning rosé wines; Lou Rosé, Les Classiques Gris de Cabernet, and the lightly sparkling Pizzolato Rosé, all paired with a delicious charcuterie board. To add to the festival atmosphere DJ Paudi Cronin will be setting the vibe from his decks from 5pm.

Whether you’re clinking glasses with old friends or toasting new memories, come join us this Rose of Tralee and Rosé the Night Away.

Step off the busy streets and into a world of sweetness and charm with our Rose of Tralee Afternoon Tea. Carefully crafted to honour the elegance of the festival, it’s the perfect treat for catching up with friends, a girls’ day out, or simply soaking up the festival buzz in style. The Rose of Tralee Afternoon Tea will be available from the 9^th until the 19^th of August and bookings are required.
